"MERGE IMAGE AND TEXT" WITH ALEA'S DUPLICO
The latest feature on the
Duplico Publishing system is the "Merge Image and Text"
function. This outstanding feature allows you to print variable strings on
the disc drawing the data from a user-selected Database. Thanks to this
feature you have the ability to let the Duplico system automatically
interact with a database. Duplico supports the following formats:
- Excel
- Access
- Text File (ASCII)
A table is made of "records".
Think of a customer file. A record may show its first name, last name,
home address and so on (each piece of information is called "field").
Let the Duplico automatically retrieve the information from the table,
record by record, field by field, and print it on the CD/DVD. You have
the ability to customize the print area by selecting only the "fields"
(first name, last name, home address etc.) that you wish to print on the
disc. At the same time you can print an unlimited number of 'Merge Image
and Text' fields inside each of the text areas. The choice is yours.
So you have a database
full of your customer information that you want to print on a bunch of
discs? No problem. Just let your DUPLICO automatically interact with the
table and get the job done with just a couple of clicks!
